Testarossa Rosso Riserva is produced using only Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes, which give it its eponymous designation and a multitude of aromas ranging from fruit to spices. The production process begins with crushing the grapes and fermentation, continues with racking, and ends with ageing in oak barrels. The origin of its name comes from the old nickname of the Pasetti founders and the women of the company, all of whom had red hair.

Testarossa Rosso Riserva is characterised by an intense ruby colour and pleasant notes of blackberries, blueberries, tobacco, vanilla and cinnamon; the taste is smooth, warm and of good persistence.

Abruzzo Pecorino DOP
A must from Pasetti. A true reflection of the strong Abruzzese tradition, expressed here through the excellence of one of its native grape varieties. This young, pure Pecorino now accounts for a third of the company’s production.

Sensory Analysis – Bright straw-yellow colour. Notes of withered yellow flowers, citrus, dried fruit and bread crust. The lively acidity and pronounced minerality are balanced by excellent structure and a long finish.

The winery’s classic range is enriched by a wine with a clear straw-yellow colour and golden highlights, a refined bouquet of green apple and hawthorn, with delicate notes of aromatic herbs, to reveal freshness and savouriness on the palate, with a final almond-like note typical of the grape variety.

Portaparete pairs elegantly with local cuisine and Mediterranean flavours in general, such as fresh cheeses and lightly matured cured meats; excellent with saffron chitarra.

Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOP
The first range created by the Pasetti estate, a classic among its pure Montepulciano d’Abruzzo wines. An elegant red that strongly reflects its production area in Pescosansonesco (PE), in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park.

Sensory Analysis – This wine presents an intense ruby red colour, a prelude to its richness. On the nose, a complex and captivating bouquet emerges, dominated by notes of dark fruit such as black cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry. These fruity nuances are elegantly interwoven with spicy and tertiary hints of liquorice, cinnamon and black pepper, which add depth and character.

Terre Abruzzesi IGP red
A lively, young and fresh red. Diecicoppe is a blend of Cordisco and Cabernet Sauvignon, expressing itself in the glass with an explosion of fruit and aromas.

Sensory Analysis – This wine presents a ruby red colour with violet hues, an indicator of its youth and vibrancy. On the nose, it opens with an inviting bouquet of fresh fruit, with cherry and blackberry aromas standing out, enriched by riper notes of maraschino and delicate vegetal nuances.

On the palate, the wine is very soft and harmonious, with a well-balanced structure. The sip is balanced, with a pleasant freshness that blends harmoniously with its softness. The finish is persistent, leaving a pleasant fruity and rounded aftertaste that invites the next sip.

Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Superiore DOP
Testarossa Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Superiore DOP, Terre Aquilane sub-zone, is made 100% from the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grape variety, grown in vineyards located in the municipality of Capestrano, at an altitude of 450 metres above sea level, within the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park.

Sensory analysis – Intense Cerasuolo pink, with pronounced notes of fresh red fruit such as strawberry and cherry. On the palate, pleasant acidity and minerality blend harmoniously with a soft structure, offering remarkable balance.
