Testarossa Rosso Riserva is produced using only Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes, which give it its namesake designation and a wide range of aromas ranging from fruit to spices. The production process begins with crushing the grapes and fermentation, continues with racking, and ends with aging in oak barrels. The origin of its name comes from the old nickname of the Pasetti founders and the women of the company, all of whom had red hair.

Testarossa Rosso Riserva is characterized by an intense ruby color and pleasant notes of blackberry, blueberry, tobacco, vanilla, and cinnamon; the taste is smooth, warm, and has good persistence.

Abruzzo Pecorino DOP
A “must” of the Pasetti winery. A true reflection of the strong Abruzzese tradition, expressed here through the excellence of one of its native grape varieties. This young pure Pecorino now accounts for one third of the winery’s production.

Sensory Analysis – Bright straw-yellow color. Notes of wilted yellow flowers, citrus, dried fruit, and bread crust. The acidic vein and pronounced minerality are balanced by excellent structure and a long finish.

The winery's classic line is enriched by a wine with a clear straw-yellow color and golden reflections, a refined bouquet of green apple and hawthorn, with delicate notes of aromatic herbs, to reveal freshness and savoriness on the palate, with a final almond-like note typical of the grape variety.

Portaparete pairs elegantly with local cuisine and Mediterranean flavors in general, such as fresh cheeses and lightly aged cured meats; excellent with saffron chitarra pasta.

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOP
The first line created by the Pasetti winery, a classic among its pure Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wines. An elegant red that strongly represents its production area in Pescosansonesco (PE), in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park.

Sensory Analysis – This wine presents an intense ruby red color, a prelude to its richness. On the nose, a complex and captivating bouquet emerges, dominated by notes of dark fruit such as black cherry, currant, and blackberry. These fruity nuances are elegantly intertwined with spicy and tertiary hints of licorice, cinnamon, and black pepper, which add depth and character.

Rosso Terre Abruzzesi IGP
Vibrant, young, and fresh red wine. Diecicoppe is a blend of Cordisco and Cabernet Sauvignon and expresses itself in the glass with an explosion of fruit and aromas.

Sensory Analysis – This wine presents a ruby red color with violet hues, an indicator of its youth and liveliness. On the nose, it opens with an inviting bouquet of fresh fruit, featuring aromas of cherry and blackberry, enriched by more mature notes of maraschino and delicate vegetal nuances.

On the palate, the wine is very soft and harmonious, with a well-balanced structure. The sip is balanced, with a pleasant freshness that blends harmoniously with its softness. The finish is persistent, leaving a pleasant fruity and rounded memory that invites the next sip.

Cerasuolo D’Abruzzo Superiore DOP
Testarossa Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Superiore DOP, Terre Aquilane subzone, is made 100% from the Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grape variety, grown in vineyards located in the municipality of Capestrano, at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level, within the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park.
