This is a bottle of Piandimare Millesimato Brut sparkling wine from the Abruzzese winery Piandimare. The winery is located in Villamagna, in the province of Chieti, and focuses on enhancing native grape varieties such as Montepulciano and Pecorino. The term "Millesimato" indicates that the wine is produced with grapes from a single specific vintage.

There is excitement in Abruzzo, even in sparkling wines. Research and experimentation are yielding good results, and our bubbles are increasingly being compared with those from lands with a long tradition.
Aging
Soft pressing, must clarification, and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation in autoclave using the Charmat method, aging on the lees.
Taste
Fresh and lively, medium-bodied and persistent.

Classic Method Sparkling Wine | Organic Wine – Pas Dosé
​The identity: Affectionately nicknamed "the champagne of Navelli," this mountain-grown Classic Method wine is born from the encounter and careful vinification of two outstanding grape varieties, Pinot Grigio and Pecorino, which together give the wine a unique soul, strongly tied to the Abruzzo territory.
​Wine profile: An uncompromising Pas Dosé version that enhances the purity of the terroir through a vertical, savory, dry structure with great stylistic rigor.
​Tasting notes: Fine, subtle perlage with beautiful persistence. On the nose it reveals a refined bouquet with delicate floral notes, hints of white-fleshed fruit, fragrant nuances of bread crust, and a mineral touch. On the palate it is taut, vibrant, extraordinarily fresh, and clean.

Pleasantly sweet sparkling wine with fruity notes and a fragrant aroma. Its low alcohol content, perfectly in tune with new consumption preferences, makes it an excellent companion for fruit and dessert.

Tullum Dop Spumante Brut Blanc de Blanc Metodo Classico - Feudo Antico

Grapes: Chardonnay 100%. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aging on the lees in glass-cement tanks for 6 months. Refermentation in the bottle. Aging in the bottle on the lees for 36 months.

Sparkling La Pirale Moscato Dolce Metodo Charmat - Lunaria

Grapes: 100% Moscato. Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aromas: Floral spring meadow with hints of yellow fruit. Taste: full-bodied with great structure but with a surprising freshness. Very pleasant as an aperitif, it is the ideal companion for many types of desserts, even elaborate ones.

Alcohol 8.5%

Grape variety: Moscato Giallo | Color: golden yellow, very fine and persistent perlage | Nose: enveloping, elegant, and fruity | Taste: sweet, satisfying, delicate flavor.

The Brut Réserve Champagne by Bernard Gaucher is a blanc de noirs that emphasizes precision in execution, aimed at highlighting a fruity and balanced taste. The vineyards are located in the French department of Aube, in the heart of the “Côte des Bar”, particularly in the municipalities of Arconville, Urville, and Ailleville. The soil consists of a layering of clay and limestone marls. All operations in the vineyard are conducted manually from pruning to harvesting. The grapes are gently pressed to obtain an absolutely clear and delicate must. It is fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The sparkling wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the classic method and remains in contact with the yeasts for a minimum of 15 months.
