Cantina Cantinarte Navelli L'Aquila
Ode biologico Cantinarte di Nocciano PE 2021
€ 17.00
From an almost impenetrable ruby colour, which reveals only a violet nail, a very intense nose opens up, registering clear mineral notes of graphite and dark fruit, primarily blackberry, and drawing slightly balsamic nuances on the background. The taste attack is always very soft and enveloping, also thanks to the sweetness of the tannins. The typical acidic vein of these grapes, which gives a pleasant sense of freshness, provides the wine with a tasting dynamism that enhances its structure and depth. In the long finish, the aromas of ripe fruit from the bouquet return.

Organic Pecorino “Cantinarte” from Nocciano PE
€ 20.00
"Located in Bucchianico, in Abruzzo, it is a recently established farm owned by the DiNisio family that produces wine, olive oil, and saffron. It was founded in 2008 by Francesca DiNisio, driven by her desire to follow in her maternal grandmother's footsteps. Here, vineyards and olive groves nestle among wheat fields, and the grapes are cultivated according to organic criteria. Only a few thousand bottles of wine and oil are produced each year. Made from grapes grown at 700 metres above sea level. Francesca says "it's the altitude that makes the difference." The wine is fresh with pronounced mineral notes and great acidity." 13.5% vol
