"Located in Bucchianico, in Abruzzo, it is a recently established farm owned by the DiNisio family that produces wine, olive oil, and saffron. It was founded in 2008 by Francesca DiNisio, driven by her desire to follow in her maternal grandmother's footsteps. Here, vineyards and olive groves nestle among wheat fields, and the grapes are cultivated according to organic criteria. Only a few thousand bottles of wine and oil are produced each year. Made from grapes grown at 700 metres above sea level. Francesca says "it's the altitude that makes the difference." The wine is fresh with pronounced mineral notes and great acidity." 13.5% vol

It is a canonical example of the company's style and mountain Pecorino. It impresses on the palate with a sharp and cutting acidity, very pleasant, and a clean and full body that dangerously encourages drinking. A fresh wine with light starters, first or second courses.
